Terms of service
Last updated 4 October 2026. This is a draft for review.
The service
Connduit is provided as a subscription web service. A company gets its own address, its own database and its own files. You get the features that exist at the time; we add to them regularly and will tell you about anything that changes how you work.
Trials
A trial is free, for a period we agree with you, with no card needed. At the end we'll ask whether you'd like to continue. If not, say so and we'll delete your company's data. Trials can be ended by either side at any time.
Your account and your people
Your company's admins decide who has access and at what level. Each person must keep their sign-in to themselves. You are responsible for what your people put into the service and for having the right to put it there (for example, customer details).
Your data
Everything your company enters belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service, as set out in the privacy notice. You can export it at any time and can ask us to delete the account.
Availability and backups
We aim for the service to be available all the time and we monitor it around the clock, but we don't promise uninterrupted access - things break, and we fix them. We take nightly backups and test restoring from them. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime or data loss beyond refunding fees for the affected period.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't try to get into other companies' accounts, and don't overload it deliberately. We can suspend an account that does.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, by the method we agree. Prices are shown before you commit and we'll give at least 30 days' notice of any change. Unpaid accounts may be paused after a reminder.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time; we'll delete the data as described in the privacy notice. We can end the service with 90 days' notice, during which you can export everything.
The legal bit
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
